With a go-getter, dependable and make-it-happen attitude topped with her professionalism, Jenn has consistently had a great track record of happy clients. She was awarded Rookie of the Year on her first year as a Realtor. Her "every-client-is-special-approach" is what makes everyone feel comfortable in working with her. She gives special attention to every property she handles. She believes that listening to her clients' wants and needs is what helps her work more efficiently and in turn create a more harmonious working relationship with her sellers and buyers.
Prior to Real Estate, Jenn was part-owner of an Internet Service Providing company. She was the Vice President of Sales. Her pioneering attitude helped open up one of the companies that introduced Internet in an entire country that's never heard of it before. Her sales soared within the first 6 months, matching their operating expenses in a very short amount of time. Her business acumen is what helps her now in understanding her clients' real estate business.

Having moved to Chicago 28 years ago from the Philippines, she understands and respects different cultures and background. A repeat-client had said that hard-work and resilience are second nature to her. Being in Real Estate for 15 years now, her longevity in the business shows how adaptable she is to the ups and downs of the market. She has seen and experienced what can help her clients win a negotiation.

With that belief in mind, she has always put herself in her clients' shoes and looks out for their best interest.
