Kendra Green

Kendra Green is a Broker Associate at Jameson Sotheby's International Realty. She works alongside Jennifer Liu and their team consistently ranks in the top 15 teams at the firm. In addition Jennifer has consistently received the Chicago Association of Realtors "Top Producer" Award for being ranked in the top 1% of Chicago agents, making her a phenomenal mentor. Combined they have sold in excess of $300M in sales of over 800 units. Kendra works closely with the teams new developments while maintaining her buyers and sellers. She loves this integral role on the team as it allows her to make decisions on design, build and strategize the best marketing options for each project. Kendra began her career in residential leasing for the largest residential leasing firm in Chicago. In her first year alone she climbed to the top 10 producers and continued to stay in the top 5 for the remainder of her time at the firm. She completed over 270 leases during her time with the firm. Desiring to expand her expertise and focus on residential sales, she transitioned to Jameson Sotheby's International Realty. She now combines her unrivaled level of customer service and market knowledge with the national and global power of the Sotheby's brand to better assist her buyers and sellers. As a graduate of Purdue University, double majoring in Dietetics & Fitness, Kendra understands that personal health and happiness is about more than just the food you put into your body. The place you live is where you spend the most time, so she works tirelessly to ensure it is somewhere you can be proud to call home. In her spare time, Kendra tries to give back whenever she can. She has worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Girls on The Run Chicago and is always looking for new opportunities to volunteer and become involved in her community. If Kendra is not volunteering or working you can find her on a walk with her rescue pup Dexter, being sous chef in the kitchen with her husband and hosting their friends and family.
