Lucas Mason

Lucas Mason has over 20 years of sales and management experience in the international business world. His passion for Chicago, architecture, and working with people triggered a shift into the real estate world where Lucas draws upon past experiences in real estate as well as his marketing and sales expertise to elevate the experience for all clients he serves. As a lifelong resident of Chicago, Lucas has a deep understanding of the real estate market and what it takes to achieve superior results throughout each transaction.
Lucas prides himself on being a very hands on broker who has an eye for quality and is not afraid to get his hands dirty, often literally, to help each client get the most out of their experience and to achieve the highest level of satisfaction. Lucas is known for his patience and great listening skills which he credits as key attributes when working with both buyer and seller clients. His goal with each transaction is to focus on each client wholeheartedly, making them feel like a partner in the process and ultimately creating a client for a lifetime.
When Lucas is not working, you can often find him at the Erie Dog Park with his French bulldog Napoleon and fiancé. He also keeps busy with traveling, hiking, skiing and training for upcoming marathons. He has completed 5 marathons and has run countless half-marathons and other races. Additionally, Lucas volunteers his time to Friends of the Chicago River and has run races for Team for Kids. Runners dedicate their participation in world class running events to building a happier and healthier future for youth nationwide.
Lucas received his Master’s degree (MS) in communication from Northwestern University and his Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in marketing from Loyola University’s Quinlan School of Business.
