Norene Chip

Born and raised in Roger's Park, Chicago, Norene shares a two-flat with her three college kids (Nursing/Engineering/Art). Her prior Professional Sales Career and MBA took her to Australia, New York, London, Seattle and Minneapolis. Norene returned to Chicago to assist her aging parents and for her children to be closer to family.
A true advocate for her clients, Norene uses her sharp consultative negotiating abilities and superior customer service acquired at Fortune 500 companies (3M/Tyco), The Magnificent Mile Association and Board positions to create wins for her clients. She credits her success to her passion for her client’s best interests, strong work ethic and acute understanding of the home search process through her personal experience moving domestically and internationally. She values assisting her clients beyond the closing table developing strong lasting relationships. Her communication skills and sincerity have facilitated an industry respect which adds value when negotiating. Receiving numerous 5 stars (accolades), from her clients and peer group, she is considered an esteemed member of the Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty team.
In her leisure time, Norene enjoys her family, swing dancing and immersing herself in the great outdoors – ask her which National Park she has camped in this year! Norene volunteers at Old St Patrick’s Church as a Eucharistic Minister, Lector, Beloved Retreat Team Member, Career Transitions Center Volunteer, fundraises for her mother’s scholarship at Josephinum Academy of the Sacred Heart and is on the Leadership Committee for The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival (3rd Largest Parade in USA).
