Patrick Teets is consistently ranked as a Top Producer with The Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), featured in Chicago Agent Magazine's 'Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate' in 2019, 2020 and 2021 and recognized in Chicago Magazine as one of Chicago’s Top Real Estate Agents. In 2020 alone, he doubled his business and placed in the Top 10 of Jameson Sotheby’s agents companywide. His growth and success, in part, is due to his persistence, scrappiness and desire to add value to all of his clients, whether it is a transaction of a condo/single family home or sourcing a new construction opportunity for a developer client. He specializes in new construction sales & marketing as well as working with buyers, sellers, developers, renters and investors throughout the greater Chicago area (both city and suburbs).
Patrick has the business acumen and market knowledge to advise his clients with all of their real estate needs. By drawing on both personal and professional experiences, he is able to cater to a wide variety of clientele. He understands that buying a home can be one of the biggest investments an individual can make, and that is why he puts his clients' needs above all else. 'I work hard and always follow through. Patrick is a proud homeowner residing in the Old Town neighborhood. When not hard at work finding his clients their new dream home, Patrick enjoys traveling, boating and being on the water, playing sports and spending time with family and friends. He is always looking for opportunities to give back to his community and has spent time as a board member of the Auxiliary Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Teets is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a member of Top Agent Network (TAN), Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP), National, Illinois and Chicago Association of Realtors and an actively Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois & Florida.
