Marc Ulanowski is a licensed broker in both Florida and Illinois who has brought extensive experience to Sotheby’s International Realty. Marc has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in Wellington, Palm Beach, Key West, and Chicagoland areas. Not only is Marc involved in sales and investments, he also owns and operates a property management company for exclusive clientele, along with freelance marketing for small businesses. An accomplished Equestrian Marc is a USDF silver medalist. He has served as co-chair of the Palm Beach leadership committee for the American Humane Association. He is also on the Board of Governors for the Equestrian Aid Foundation and is the Chairman of the Wellington leadership committee for the Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse. Marc is the co-founder of The Pistakee Bay Charitable Foundation. In addition to his extensive equestrian experience, Marc is an avid boater and sailor. He specializes in water properties as well.
