Named in 2021 issue of Chicago Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who in real estate, Maddie Schramm is energetic, persistent, and takes a “one stop shop” approach when it comes to her client's needs. Born and raised in Wilmette, Maddie knows the Chicagoland area like the back of her hand. She graduated from Chicago's DePaul University with honors, and after spending nearly 15 years working in child care and education, she decided to dedicate her time to her true passion: real estate. Maddie is a second-generation real estate agent, learning from her father who had a thriving four-decade career in commercial and residential real estate.

She prides herself on transparency and honesty, responsiveness, and loyalty. Maddie’s goal is to serve all of her client's real estate needs in the most professional and timely fashion possible. She understands that clients need answers and guidance at a moment's notice, and that’s why she makes herself available to her clients at all times. Whether it’s providing a client with a top-notch referral from one of her exclusive vendors or, she and her team are a one-stop-shop for anything real estate related.
