Tim entered the Real Estate industry in May of 2005. He began working at a small boutique firm in the River North area primarily concentrating on buyers. In September 2006 he made the decision to move over to a larger established company Century 21 Sussex & Reilly. During his time and C21 S&R he incorporated buyers, sellers, and renters into his client base and expanded his services to help clients buy, sell, & rent condos, single family homes, land, and multi-unit buildings. He eventually added commercial property to his resume and has also had great success helping clients buy and sell distressed properties such as short sales and foreclosures. Still thriving to work with the industries brightest and best and to get back to his boutique real estate roots he transferred over to CONLON/Christies’s International Real Estate when it opened its doors in April 2009. With their back-to-basics approach, commitment to excellence, and provision of exceptional service it was a perfect match to his style of business. Tim also worked for tech company COMPASS starting in 2019 for three years when they purchased CONLON/Christie’s and continues to build relationships and utilities the tools provided to keep up with the everchanging method of real estate transactions. In 2022 Tim made the move to Jameson Sotheby’s a local company built here in Chicago with the Global Reach of the Sotheby’s International Real Estate brand.
Having grown up in small town Dyersville, Iowa (the home of “Field of Dreams”), he learned that hard work and friendship go hand in hand which shows through his relationships with his clients. Tim graduated from The University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance and has lived in the city of Chicago off and on for over 20 years. Prior to real estate he worked as a Web Designer and Employee Trainer. Working with various individuals from those industries Tim learned that everyone has a unique approach when making decisions and has been able to take what he learned from those individuals and apply it to each client he works with today.

Tim realizes that his clients trust him with one of their single largest transactions, a responsibility he takes very seriously. To be an effective agent Tim is committed to providing very detailed and informative service, as well as insight to the ever-changing real estate market, with impeccable communication skills and a top-notch marketing approach.
