Kristen Rowe

Kristen Rowe has demonstrated a passion for real estate for over 20 years. Her career began with the selling of high-end property in Chicago’s Old Town area where she fell in love with the industry.

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Kristen moved from Evanston, her hometown, to Elgin in 2008, and her affection for the Chicago area has kept her business alive and thriving. She currently lives in Elgin with her husband Ross and their cat, Smokey, in their dream home, a Victorian era farmhouse. Her experiences in the city and suburbs have made it possible for Kristen to work with clients interested in numerous areas throughout Chicagoland. From Elgin to Evanston, North Shore to Buffalo Grove, Kristen can tackle it all.

There is no mistaking that real estate can be challenging, which is one of the many reasons this is Kristen’s profession of choice. She loves homes and finds design and architecture extremely interesting. She is a true people person who has the ability to relate to others, to listen and to understand her client's needs. Thorough and detail oriented, Kristen is able to focus on every detail through both the buying and selling process. Also, Kristen has received the SRES designation, proving value to 55+ clients as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Past earned designations include the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and SFR (Short sales and Foreclosure Representative).

Kristen works with buyers and sellers, from first timers with no experience to those who have already been through the buying and selling process. First-time buyers have always naturally gravitated to Kristen, as she is patient and knowledgeable, and understands the strong emotions that accompany purchasing one's first home. In fact, Kristen has conducted seminars to help first-time homebuyers understand all aspects of the process. Easy to work with and laid back, Kristen will never pressure a client. She is always available and responsive and is involved from day one through the moment the transaction is complete. She is committed to solving the challenges that arise during the real estate transaction and will insure that no detail goes unresolved or falls through the cracks.

Kristen does not become a stranger after leaving the closing table, and she has all the resources necessary to help clients with whatever they need. From a handyman to a roofer to a landscaper, Kristen can find the best person for the task. Honest and approachable, she strives to make the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Kristen’s ultimate goal: to have her clients feel confident, happy and totally satisfied with their real estate experience.

In her free time, Kristen enjoys making her artwork, swimming and traveling. She is also a member of the National and Illinois Association of Realtors and North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.
