Baines has expertise in the residential resale market and new construction and home sales developments. She was formerly a co-owner of Wynstone Realty in North Barrington, which was converted to a Sotheby’s International Realty office in 2007. Baines has also been involved in the strategic planning of inception sales and marketing for 5 local communities including Wynstone, Barrington, Long Grove, and St. Charles. She knows and loves the Wynstone community well, having been a resident of Inverness and North Barrington for over 38 years, along with her husband, Matt. Their two grown daughters are graduates of St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights.
Ron Sever is also a principal of the Baines Sever Group and has more than 43 years of real estate experience. He was involved in the strategic planning of the inception sales and marketing team of the Wynstone community and Nathan’s Glen in South Barrington. A long-time resident of the area, Sever has lived in Inverness since 1976 and has co-owned two real estate offices in Palatine and North Barrington. He and his wife, Diane, have three grown children that are graduates of Fremd High School in Palatine.
Patrice Brennan and Tiffany Marshall round out the Baines Sever Group with their fresh perspectives and marketing skills, bringing innovation and valuable social media aptitude to the team. Brennan, an alumna of the University of Missouri-Columbia with two bachelor degrees in political science and sociology, has had her real estate license for two and a half years.
Marshall, a broker associate at Jameson Sotheby’s, has over a decade of Chicago area real estate industry experience, with business acumen and public relations knowledge. Recently, Marshall successfully marketed an estate that represented the highest price sale in the greater Barrington area since 2012.
